It is time to get the facts necessary to raise a fact-based challenge to USCIS’s and DOS’s discriminatory visa allocations. We will hold a listening session in the coming days. And then we will craft a way forward. Please note this is not a solicitation for a group suit. My goal is to create a crowd-sourced, organized effort to systematically acquire the facts we need to advocate for a more just, fair, and predictable system. Such advocacy may be litigation, lobbying, or awareness campaigns. But it takes organization. Look forward to being part of this journey with you. Brad
